Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. These costs will be visible when you validate your order, after entering your delivery address. We use a calculator automated integrated into our Shopify platform to provide an accurate estimate.

2. Carrier Options

Currently we primarily ship via Canada Post. However, depending on the destination or nature of your order, other carriers may be suggested to ensure efficient delivery. In this case, we will send you the necessary information to track your package.

3. Shipping and delivery times

Our shipping times vary depending on item availability and workload in our warehouses. Generally :

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination. Most shipments within Canada should be received within 5-7 business days of shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your package using this number on the carrier's website or via your account on our site.

5. Errors in the delivery address

It is important to check that your delivery address is correct when confirming your order. Errors or omissions in the address may result in delays in delivery or return of the package. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will need to re-charge you for shipping costs.
